Why we chose our name: 'Badeanstalten'.
Today, public baths in their original form are almost forgotten institutions and have come to represent something nostalgic, a forgotten way of life…something unspoiled and the beauty of its simplicity. With our handmade soaps that are all made in accordance with old-fashioned soap manufacturing, we strive to incorporate the meaning of these terms into our soaps.
